- 2 (14.5oz) cans chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups sliced carrots
- 1/2 chopped onions
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 (12oz) pkg egg noodles
- 3 cups chopped turkey
- 1 (10oz) pkg frozen peas
- 2 (1oz) pkg instant chicken gravy mix
- 1/2 cup cold water
In large saucepan bring broth, water, carrots, onion & celery to boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 4-6mins. Add the noodles. Simmer, uncovered for 20mins or until noodles are tender.
Stir in turkey & peas. Combine gravy mixes with cold water until smooth, stir into soup. Bring to a boil, cook & stir for 2mins or until thickened.
