Sweet Potato, Cauliflower & Garbonzo bean Mash

• 3 Tablespoons Garbonzo beans
• 1 small sweet potato - peeled and cooked
• 8 cauliflower florets - cooked

Mash beans together while the sweet potato chunks and cauliflower are cooking (until tender). Then mix beans, potato and cauliflower together. (I did not do all these measurements - I just dumped some beans and a bunch of cauliflower in with one sweet potato)
