Pineapple Stuffing

8 out of 11 stars ...absolutely perfect to serve with ham! AND it's a crockpotter...super easy.

  • 1 (20oz) can of crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 6 slices of bread, dried out
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 tbsp. butter melted (1/2 stick)
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
Grease bottom and sides of crockpot. Crumble bread into bottom then add remaining ingredients and give a little stir. Cover & cook on low setting for 3 hours. Done & delish. We served Ham, pineapple stuffing and fresh green beans for Christmas eve dinner.
